How to identify a module
From the front, modules may look the same, but not be compatible. Check the part number on the back of the module. The compatibility chart will take you to a document that explains what system you have.
4000 system and 8000 system modules have 4 digit numbers that start with 4 or 8. Old 3 digit numbers starting with 8 may be replaced with 8000 system modules, but check with our tech first. Functional modules fixed behind VR120 and VR130 panels stainless steel panels are also 3 digit starting with 1.
When ordering modules, check the finishes that are available.

8000 Series speaker modules are available for a range of Videx systems, from standard analogue up to Vx2200 digital systems. The speaker modules themselves are available with either 0, 1 or 2 buttons, and a further 62 buttons may be added using 8842, 8843, 8844 and 8845 button modules.
All modules name windows are illuminated, and contain a replaceable insert for displaying flat numbers or names.
All modules contain a speaker and fly lead with microphone which is easily fitted in to a 8000 Series frame. Modules slide in to the housing frames securing them in place.
Speech levels may be adjusted using separate controls for both the speaker and microphone.Learn More
